This website

This site is static and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. Cloudflare processes connection data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse, in line with Cloudflare's privacy policy. The optional demo video is embedded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain and only loads when you play it.

Purchases

ClaimProof Pro is sold through Freemius, Inc., which acts as merchant of record. When you buy, Freemius processes your name, e-mail address, billing details and payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, e-mail address, license and site address to provide licenses, updates and support.

The plugins

The free ClaimProof plugin stores product information (guarantee and repair fields), the findings of the claim scanner and the ID of the logged-in user who decided on a finding, in your own WordPress database. It stores no customer data and makes no external requests; the notice, label artwork and typeface are bundled with the plugin. The full GARAN label of a product is served from your own site when a visitor opens it. Order e-mails to your customers can carry the official notice as a PDF attachment; nothing is sent to us.

ClaimProof Pro connects to the Freemius license server to activate and validate your license and to check for updates. This sends your site address, WordPress and plugin versions and the license key. No product, price or customer data leaves your site. The Pro daily alert e-mail is sent by your own WordPress installation to the address you configure.

Support

When you e-mail nabbe.j82@gmail.com, we keep the correspondence to answer you and to improve the plugin. Please do not send passwords or customer files.

Your rights
